I am Chris Creamer. I built Tessellate Systems because I got tired of watching great operators get burned by people who had never worked a Saturday night in their life.
I spent fifteen years as a professional chef and a high-volume restaurant GM. I know the line and the weeds. I know the P&L, the labor math, the vendor who never shows, and exactly what a packed Saturday night feels like when one thing goes sideways. That world is in my bones.
I moved into enterprise IT and data center network engineering. The real stuff. Networks that cannot go down, security that has to hold, systems built to run under pressure at scale. I learned how the technology actually works, not just how to sell it.
I am the rare person who has stood on the line and in the server rack. So when I walk into your spot, I am not guessing at what your night looks like, and I am not faking the tech. I speak both languages, I translate between them, and I make the technology serve the operation instead of fighting it.
I love helping operators make their place a home. The tech should disappear so you can run your room. That's the whole job.
